The extracted PTV and CTV are shown in different colours in the three major planes and in the 3D OEV view. 3D anisotropic margins have been used in this case: 10 mm in the lateral and 10 mm in the cranio-caudal directions but 0 mm [that is, no margin] in the ventro-dorsal direction.
